Where will my car be taken?
To our secure yard at 410 Clintonville Rd unless you ask for another destination. See Vehicle Release for pickup.
Can my insurance company pick up the car?
Yes. The owner can authorize release to an insurer or body shop using our release authorization form.
Can I get my things out of the car?
Yes. Call ahead and we'll have the vehicle accessible during release hours.
How do I get a truck sent?
Call (203) 239-2886. A dispatcher will ask where you are, what you're driving and where it needs to go, then give you an honest arrival time. For non-urgent jobs you can also use our Request Service form.
What areas do you cover?
All of Connecticut. We're based at 410 Clintonville Rd in North Haven and tow statewide, from Greenwich to New London and Hartford to the shoreline. See our service area page.
How do I pay?
