CT Consumer Bill of Rights for Nonconsensual Tows
Connecticut's DMV publishes a Consumer Bill of Rights for vehicles towed without the owner's consent. It covers your rights, the rates towers may charge for towing and storage, and the records you can request. A consumer complaint process is available through the DMV.
[If Mike's performs nonconsensual tows, CT law requires posting the current DMV bill of rights (English & Spanish) on the website. Download the PDFs from the DMV page into assets/ and link them here. Confirm with Mike.]
Storage & fees
Towing and daily storage rates for nonconsensual tows follow Connecticut DMV rules. [add Mike's posted rate sheet if applicable]
